Thanksgiving

This is Thanksgiving in Enterprise 2011.

We decided to stay home for dinner then go to my parents house that afternoon.  Rhett and I did an experiment.  It may become our new tradition.  At least until I can't figure out how to cook all those chickens.  We bought everyone their own little chicken instead of one big turkey.  It was really fun.

This is what we ate.  There are our 6 Cornish hens, ham (Rhett loves it), mashed potatoes and gravy, layered green salad (Lynell's recipe), stuffing and rolls.

This picture is of Morgan, Rayce and Wade.  They think they are going to starve to death.

 As you can see Rayce was really into this chicken thing.  As soon as we finished with the prayer, he was on a mission to find the wish bone...

 Well, the mission did not go to well.  He was so vigorous in his search that he broke it.  He totally mangled the poor thing before he gave up.  Then, he was upset it didn't work out.  But, all was well after I gave him mine.

Tanner and Wade.  The plate of food you can see is mine.  What was I thinking...I can't eat that much food. Oh yeah, it's Thanksgiving.

 Eat up you 2.  Dessert is next.  (Cream Cheese Dessert) Morgan's food can't touch each other.  So she is working on her chicken before she puts more food on her plate.  As you can see, Rhett does not have that problem.
